Safety
For RBSSKALS, maintaining health and safety in the working environment is of paramount importance. The management aims to reassure the staff, customers and the general public that the company is making continuous improvements in terms of the environment and occupational health and safety across all of its operations.
In order to achieve a working environment where the risk of accidents and occupational illness has been minimised, the company constantly trains and informs employees about its safety-awareness culture, encouraging individual involvement in the development of occupational safety programmes.
RBSSKALS group employs three health and safety specialists holding professional university degrees, twenty-six staff with basic-level expertise in occupational safety who have been certified after completing a 160-hour professional development course, and two members of staff with 160-hour professional development certificates in fire and safety, while twenty-one members of staff hold Group B certificates in electrical safety. Our occupational safety specialists not only provide professional management and supervision of the health and safety system on projects being implemented by RBSSKALS, but they are also contracted as health and safety systems coordinators on projects by other contracting entities.
